When an E Portal Member submits a PQQ or Tender Readiness Test they will receive a GAP Analysis report.
As the name suggests the GAP Analysis report highlights the gaps in the response. Answers that cause concern or may represent a reason why a Tenderer or a Candidate could score a lower score than a competitor, is a GAP. Most gaps can be addressed or mitigated either immediately or in time. In some cases, just being aware of the gap can help in terms of which opportunities you go for and which ones you don’t.
